Claire Crowther

Claire Crowther’s pamphlet, Glass Harmonica, was published by Flarestack in 2003. Her first collection, Stretch of Closures, published by Shearsman Press in 2007, was shortlisted for the Aldeburgh/Jerwood Best First Collection prize. Her second collection, The Clockwork Gift, is due out from Shearsman Press in 2009.

Her poems have appeared in many print and online journals including the London Review of Books, the Times Literary Supplement, Poetry Wales. She is completing a PhD in contemporary British poetry and divides her time between London and the West Country. Her website can be found here.
