Michael Farry

Michael Farry, a native of Co. Sligo, is a teacher and IT Advisor. He lives in Co. Meath. He has published three books on the history of Sligo. He has had poems published in Crannog, Revival and Carillon. Poems of his have been shortlisted for the Fish 2007 Poetry Competition and the Boyle 2007 Poetry competition. “Consumption” was shortlisted for the Sligo Scríobh Poetry competition 2006 and published in the “Scríobh Poetry Competition 2004-2006” published by the Model Arts and Niland Gallery Sligo.
Michael is a founder member of the Boyne Writers Group, Trim and is editor of their magazine “Boyne Berries”.
